The Curve Fashion Festival - Round Up and News

Last weekend was the first Curve Fashion Festival and lots of plus size brands and beauties had gathered to enjoy fashion and plus size icons alike.

We went along to support this fantastic venture and to check out some of the new and exciting brands that were on offer.

Also, big news. Today the date of the next Curve Fashion Festival was released. 1st October 2016 (just after payday) and there have been some changes as follows:

MODELS

In 2016 there will be a variety of sizes represented on the catwalk. The feedback was that although the catwalks were good and looked professional the representation was just not there.

MARKET HALL

This was a big success and very busy. This will remain and hopefully will include more beauty and lifestyle too. They hope that if you see something on the catwalk you will be able to purchase it from the brand on that day too.

MEET & GREET

This went down really well and they will be returning with this feature however stickting to only 2 celebrities. They already think they know who it will be. Can you guess?

TICKETS

The tickets will be slightly changing for next year, keep an eye out when they are released to see what they include. VIP tickets will still be available and there will be additional perks when you purchase one.

TIME

The event will start at 10am and finish at 6pm.

VENUE

This time they will be in the central hall as they are expecting a lot more stalls following last year.
